Robert Worden is the President and CEO of Vision Net. He leads a team of technologists dedicated to Infinite Innovation in Photonic Networks, Data Centers, 5G and AI technologies. He has held multiple leadership positions at US and Global telecom and technology firms over the past four decades. A thought leader and author of over thirty technology papers, he has been invited to speak to scores of industry events.

Roy Alexander serves as Vision Net’s Chief Revenue Officer. With over two decades of experience in the telecommunications industry, he has held various leadership positions in sales and business development across the United States.

Bob Terwilliger serves as Vision Net’s Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Bob has several years of experience in the telecommunications industry but has also worked in biotechnology and manufacturing.

Scott serves as Vision Net’s CTIO. With nearly 30 years of experience across the telecom and technology sectors, he has led transformational initiatives in private enterprise, public sector, and higher education.

Gary Evans serves as Vision Net’s Chief Strategy Officer. With nearly three decades of experience in the telecommunications industry, he has held various leadership positions in engineering and operations.

Lee Kimmet is the Vice President of Network Operations at Vision Net, where he has been a key team member since 2005. He brings over 30 years of telecommunications experience, having advanced through various technical, engineering, and management roles. Kimmet holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Montana State University.
